Why do some products show 'Price on request'?
Commercial pricing depends on quantity, configuration and site requirements. Send the product to us on WhatsApp or add it to your quote list and we will reply with current pricing.
What is the difference between commercial and home equipment?
Commercial equipment is rated for many hours of daily use by different people: heavier frames, AC motors on treadmills, sealed bearings and tougher upholstery. Home equipment is designed for one household and lighter weekly use.
Can you supply brands that are not listed on the website?
Often, yes. Tell us the brand and model and we will confirm availability and lead time.
Commercial projects
Can you set up a complete gym from an empty space?
Yes. We start with your floor plan, suggest a layout and equipment list, then supply, install flooring and equipment and provide after-sales service.
Do you provide a layout before I order?
For complete-gym projects we share a 2D layout with equipment placement so you can review zoning and walkways before confirming.
Do you offer pricing for bulk or multi-site orders?
Yes. Multi-unit and multi-site orders are quoted together. Add the products to your quote list or describe the requirement in the commercial quote form.
Delivery & installation
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items usually ship within 5 to 10 working days in serviceable cities. Made-to-order items typically take 4 to 6 weeks. Each product page shows its current availability.
Is installation included?
Installation is included for equipment that needs assembly. Your quotation lists exactly what is included for each item.
What do I need to prepare on site?
A clear access route, a finished floor (or our flooring), and a dedicated power socket near each motorised treadmill or climber. We will confirm specifics during the survey.
Service & warranty
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Yes, with monthly or quarterly visits and a written service report. AMCs are available for equipment we supplied and, after inspection, for most other brands.
How does warranty work?
Each quotation lists frame, parts and labour warranty per product. Raise a claim through WhatsApp or the service form with the model, serial number and a photo or video.
Payments
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms are shared with your quotation. GST invoices are provided for all orders.
